We are really glad to see you on the site! A lot of you were early birds and sort of caught us by surprise. I apologize for not sending a message to each of you, but things here at AACA are wild! There is really excitement in the air!
One of the greatest ways to keep in touch with each other and tell your own personal adventure tails is the BLOG!
We invite you to BLOG ON and share your experiences with the group! Tell everyone about you, your plane, your family and friends, where you have been and where you plan to go next! We even like animal pictures!
It's simple…It's easy…It’s like falling off a Blog!

Air Camping – Wherever you go…There is more!
I'm excited to see this new resource, develop. In the mean time I've found the AOPA airport directory to be a valuable resource for air camping opportunities!
ReplyDeleteDon, I am looking forward to the fun and adventures! -Todd
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to this. It certainly has tremendous potential.
ReplyDeleteFlying and camping is a perfect combination. I look forward to additional information.
ReplyDeleteI'm in Washinton state and there are a lot of great places to camp in this corner of the US. Looking forward to hearing about spots down your way!
ReplyDeleteI'm in New England, and I fly to airports and camp. We have one airport that has a grass strip at their airport that has a covered bridge and stream at the end. Park the plane, pitch a tent, light a fire, heat up the hot dogs. The locals that drive by, will stop by and tell stories all night. GREAT!!
ReplyDeleteWe love to camp with our Piper Arrow. We've been from Cancun to the Arctic Ocean and from coast to coast in the US. We love to find new places to stay. - Margy
ReplyDeleteHey! Where can I air camp in Colorado?
ReplyDeleteCowboy Johnny!
Hi Don!
ReplyDeleteWe found out about the association in April 2010 Sport Aviation. Love this idea! We are excited to see it grow. Thanks for getting this started and good luck!

PS. We are not dogs, but our dogs DO have a blog- where they tell of all of our adventures through their eyes. Some is airplane related, some is not. Check it out of you get the chance.
